Livestock Pavilion – 2004

   A structure was built over the existing Ag Park to become new fairtime livestock show rings and house additional portable horse stalls during the interim period.  This building has aided in a financial windfall of stall revenue in the interim.  Also, it has enhanced the Equestrian Center assets for interested horse events. Skybox – 2000

   The skybox was a joint project with the fair that combine the Revenue Generating Program award of $200,000 and sale of seats on the deck for the annual concert series.  This structure also included two new concession stands and home for the “Voice of the Fair” located on the midway deck. Cost: $453,774

Covered Equestrian Center – 2000
